"I would like to offer praise to the office manager Jennifer Roberts for her concern and help in our recent claim for repairing our kitchen which had been severely damaged by a broken line in our ceiling, as well as the other office employees at Jason Wesley's office. I had never made a claim on our house before and her calm demeanor helped keep us sane through this process. She knew who to contact and how to get to the right person to help answer our questions and process our claim. She truly exemplifies your slogan "like a good neighbor'. She was that and more. Thanks!
